I take great pride in providing the best possible service for my Clients and Candidates! With over 10 years of Recruiting experience, it has been my pleasure to partner with outstanding companies, both large and small, in a wide variety of industries which include Construction, Manufacturing, Distribution and all types of Service related companies.

The level of position that I recruit for within a company is determined by my client. I have successfully placed candidates at all levels; entry level to senior management for accounting, administrative support, marketing, project management, sales and customer service; just to name a few. My first priority when working with a new company is to learn as much as I can about their business in order to properly represent them. I also think it is very important to understand the company culture and all of the great things that the company has to offer its employees, in order to be able to attract top talent for them.

With a good understanding of the above, along with a detailed job description, it is then my pleasure to provide my client with a few “great” candidates to consider for hire. If I have done my job correctly, then the only challenge for my client will be in deciding which great candidate to hire!

My goal as a Recruiter is to earn the trust and respect of every Client and Candidate that I work with. To be the first person my Client calls when they have a hiring need, and to be the first person my Candidate thinks of when they are considering that next step in their career.
